It is the patient’s responsibility to verify insurance coverage for naturopathic services.

• Patients will receive documentation to submit for reimbursement.

• Be aware of deductible terms in your plan.

• Out-of-state patients or those with HMOs require a referral from their PCP/GP. Fax to 603-294-1594.

• Medicare and Medicaid do not cover naturopathic care in NH.
